                Delegates Sponaugle, Fluharty, Caputo and Bates move to amend HR201 on page 4, line 12, following the words “the Committee” by striking out the period, inserting a semicolon, and the following:

Further Resolved,

                That the House Committee on the Judiciary shall submit its final recommendations on the Committee’s recommendations to the House of Delegates on the impeachment of any Justices of the Supreme Court by on or before July 23, 2018.
